where to start... how about nationals. nationals weekend was very up and down. just like every tournament i learned a lot, but also just like every tournament theres politics that always get in the way. one of the plusses was that grand master cameron got promoted to his 12th degree sokeship. that was pretty cool but a lot of people there didnt understand what it was that was going on in that moment. they didnt understand the importance of the whole thing. i drove some other people back with me on sunday night in the dojo van but forgot the keys to my car in washington so i stayed the night at the dojo on sunday night. we got back around 4 in the morning. then on monday when the rest of everyone was coming back in the other van, it broke down and they got stranded in washington. i kinda wish i wouldve been there with them. then spring break came along. spring break wasnt exactly relaxing. i mean i didnt have t get up in the morning and i didnt have to worry about school, but we ended up in bend at the hospital by the end of the week. the first few days of spring break after the tournament went pretty well. i played a lot of video games and hung out with friends and family. i was hanging out at the dojo on friday night and my mom came in and told me that my dad is in the hospital. we went over to bend where he was at and were there till yesterday. my mom and grandparents are still over there but my dad is moving up to portland today so they are gonna go over there. we found out that my dad has leukemia and hes gonna be int he hospital for along time. apparently theres two types of the leukemia he has and they dont know which one he has. both of them are curable but one of them is way harder to get rid of. im still debating on how im reacting to this. im either just an emotional shell towards the whole ordeal or it hasnt hit me yet. either way, there is a god and things will work out for the better... even if it gets worse before it gets better.  -mahalla-

spring break is only a few days away!! im so excited i cna hardly wait. one of my friends is having a DDR party at her house at some point over spring break and that sounds like a lot of fun. i imagine that the first couple days of break are gonna be pretty tiring though. nationals are still this weekend and thats going to be really tiring. three days straight of judging and what not. oh well at least i get to compete this time. but i guess dont let my ramblings discourage you. tournament trips are always a lot of fun. i need to get some blank cds so i can burn a few cds before i go up. music can really be a life saver. anyways im gonna go look for some other thigns to do on the computer while im here, though i can think of much. maybe ill just play tetris on ym phone. tetris is the shiznat, dawg! yeah ok, if anyone wants me, you know where to find me.  -mahalla-

hey-ho everyone. today was pretty cool. im gonna take alex out to lunch next week with maybe miranda. it depends though. we had a pretty cool talk the other night at youth group. today's 4th period was really relaxing. sterling had a jazz festival yesterday so we all got the day off and we went outside and listened to tyler and johnny make up random song off the top of their heads. i really liked the one about african kids with aids. its been a long time since i just sat out in teh sun and relaxed. me and alicia young of all people had a nice conversation about how graduation is gonna be really sad and what not. we were speculating when the most emotional moments were gonna be. speaking of that i need to get my senior packet in for the senior edition. i think they are due on the 17th or something along those lines. i have a feeling this weekend is gonna be really relaxing which is something i need. especially since its the weekend before nationals. nationals is always really tiring. its a 3 day long tournament and we all know how much fun that is. or at least some of us do d-_-b;;. i got the new mars volta cd. its called "frances the mute". it is one of the coolest cds i have ever heard in my life. those guys dont need no instructions to know how to rock. i also beat resident evil 4 the other day. which was really cool. i had much fun with that and if your looking for a cool game then thats the one. if you actually read this you should leave a comment. i like getting comments. im gonna take off. peace and love to all  -mahalla-

im listening to the sterling jazz class right now and they are sounding  icky.  they are adding a bunch of things that dont need to be added and it hurts my ears. thus the title. i mean what else would i be talking about? the concert is tonight after tang soo do and im looking forward to it.  mourning wood is going to be there and so is andrew's band. i dont know the name of his band cause they always change it. its something like "steel-eyed panic or something but i wouldnt be surprised if it changed by the end of next week or something. ally fields is sitting next to me drawing. were both aides for dana this period. i used to be in clothing workshop but it was about the point where we started talking about bra sizes and me being the only one in thre that didnt have boobs that i decided that i should find another class that period. it works out nice though, i just kinda sit around and dont do anything the entire period. that makes me happy. ally is drawing a picture of me now. she drew one of me last year in psychology that i keep in my wallet cause it looks so cool. shes really good at drawing, ive only ever seen her draw anime stuff though. i wonder if she goes to the anime club. i know shes in like 50 other clubs already. i have to talk alot in GSA cause shes always at other meetings or whatever. that reminds me. we have GSA after school today dont we. well neeto. i wonder what im gonna do during 6th period today. i dont think daniel is here and we always go to taco bell. maybe ill find somebody to go with me. man that picture looks cool. seems that when i type just to type i probly dont make much sense. oh well i make sense to myself at least. well i got about 5 minutes till class is out so i think ill talk to yall later. may the forces of eveil get confused on the way to your house  -mahalla-

seems like the only time i ever wanna update is when im not home. right now im at my mom's boss's house and she is "under the influence". i was supposed to be here just to pick her but she decided not to go home yet so im here. but its not so bad, they let me use their computer which im not at all against. plus they are feeding me. my mom's boss and his wife are really nice people. they are always willing to take me under their wing when i need help with anything. i need some good music to download. if anybody has any good ideas please share. im at a lack of good music. i really started to like blue man  group and sneaker pimps again. i keep forgetting the name of that sneaker pimps cd but i think im gonna get it with my christmas money. its a really good cd. all i know is that on the cover it looks like this guy got punched in the face. my lungs hurt from all the cigarette smoke in the air so i think im gonna go outside. ill leave you guys with this little bit.  -mahalla-

hello friends. i started my first dayat dairy queen last tuesday. its a pretty cool job. i know the people who work there and im friends with most of them. this girl hillary is kinda bitchy though. other than that everybody there is cool. yesterday was sensei janet's blackbelt test. i refer about her as sensei because evidentally she passed. im so happy for her, i remember when she first walked into tang soo do when she was nervous as hell. the martial arts has done so much on us its amazing. i have 3 weeks left until my black belt test. im scared but confident at the same time. i know im going to get my ass handed to me but it i stand by a quote that came out of the brain of thomas eddison. on around the 300th time of not succeeding in trying to create artificial light a news reporter asked him "how do you feel about failing for the 300th time. isnt that emberassing?". thomas eddison replied "i havent failed. i havent failed even once. instead i have succeeded in finding a way that doesnt work". so if in the case i succeed in finding a way that doesnt work on passing my black belt test, i will continue to try again and again until i pass it. this means a lot to me and i want to show everyone that i can do it.. even if it kills me. with that thought left with you, im hungry so im gonna get food. talk to yall later.  -mahalla-

hey everyone. tonight was interesting. i had a birthday party to go to. i met a girl and shes pretty cute. so thats two people i like. hopefully i dont start liking anybody on the job. yeah i start on tuesday working 5 to 9. come see me:). im so tired. i had to get up at 8 this morning for volunteer work at the humane society. i got to pick up cans and give the money to them so they could get food for the animals. lets see what else... oh yeah.. halo 2 is disgustingly fun. thats about it. im trying to blog more often so ill let you guys know how my first day went. catch ya on the flip side  -mahalla-

im getting sick and it isnt very fun. it probably doesnt help that i was up till 5 in the morning playing halo 2. good god that game is fun. the rockets home now, you can carry duel weapons, there is more vehicles to drive around in, and theres a freakin BEAM SWORD!! i wanted to cry after playing that but i couldnt cause i had to go outside and the light of the sun (which i hadnt seen in quite along time) blinded me. you know you play a lot of video games when you walk outside and the fresh air hits you and you realize its been days since you breathed outside air. im all sore for some reason. i dunno why but i think it might have something to do with this stupid flu or whatever it is. maybe if i play more ddr it will go away. i think im gonna go take a bath and try to not be so sore. catch ya on the flip side (hehe).  -allaham-
